It is not far away from malacca historical city.

The layout of the room is too simple and stuck. no newspaper provided. I think you need to improve your car parking spaces. the view is not really interesting because facing off shops.

Immediate attention and action taken when an issue was raised and services were provided instantly.

There should have a kettle for boiling water and more toilet rolls should have been left in the toilet.

Nice, albeit simple, place and good prices. Rooms comfortable and bathrooms spacious for a budget hotel.

The triples were not exactly triples...double bed and a single bed in one room. Was expecting something slightly different so this should be considered when booking.

Hotel location is good as it is very close to Mahkota Parade n Jonker Walk. Room & toilet was clean and decent as the hotel is quite new. WiFi connection was excellent.

The triplet room was rather small for 3 persons. No window in the room which we stayed, so we felt a bit cramped and uneasy. Not many choice for the breakfast and the taste was awfull.

Room clean with a satisfying size, free wifi in the room. A bit far away Chinatown and the center but the walk to go there is ok with a mall at 10mn. Good rapport quality/price.

Staff of the hotel is not really helpful...We have asked some basic questions: do you have a map of the town? How can we go to the Melaka Sentral Station and they seemed each time bored by our questions! I gave the telephone number of the hotel to someone, I expected the call and after 1 hour...still nothing...Thanks to internet, I discovered that the reception has refused to pass the call through my room for "technical reason"...I Had to call them to learn that it was impossible to receive call in the room...maybe they could call me to tell me that someone has tried to reach me but it wasn't possible to transfer the call...

The family room is clean & tidy .Good for budget travel & value for money.

The family room is quite small for 4 person with extra bed.No mini bar in the room.Toilet is also small.

Being a 2 Star hotel, expectations were not high. However we did have a good experience overall. Room was simple in furnishing but most importantly was pretty clean. Breakfast was decent enough. Having Wifi access in the lobby was a big plus.. Had to go to lobby as the wifi connection on my floor was not working

I dont have any official receipt from your reception part after check out your management have been done about this case ...any way as no good for any customer next...tq

Stay with breakfast within budget

The person cleaning the room was adorable and did a really good job. The hotel is not in the city centre but the walk to it is pleasant. There are many, many great places to eat in around the hotel. The hotel breakfast is very good if you like Malayian food as we do but there are also eggs and other Western items.

Soundproofing ! We could hear the karaoke next door as if we were in the same room. The same goes for the neighbour's shower. We got one triple room with a window but the other was blind with a smell of mould. We asked to be moved but the hotel was full.

The price and the room was clean.

Noise during the night, terrible view on a sewer on the back and an unpersonal style and service.

excellent value for money,good location( centre of city), adequate and convenient parking lots, i am really satisfied with all the services and facilities provided....so far so good!!!

Ninety Six Hotel is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Our family suite was clean and comfortable and air condition was working ok. It is located within 15 minutes walking distance from the mega mall in Melaka (or 5 minutes by taxi). There are good restaurants and bars around the hotel.

Breakfast is very simple, but at least you can find toast and coffee/tea. There are some malay food dishes also, but I won't recommend them.
